How are CN23 customs forms generated?

Once your items are AI-catalogued, go to the Expat dashboard and click "Generate Export Pack." MonoBox pre-fills the CN23 form with item descriptions, HS codes, weights, and declared values from the catalogue.

Are items insured during international shipping?

Each shipment is covered up to the declared value (maximum CHF 10,000 per parcel) through our carrier insurance. Higher-value items should be declared separately and additional insurance arranged.

Can I add or remove items from my expat box before shipping?

Yes. You can request partial retrieval or add newly picked-up items at any time before generating your export pack. The catalogue updates automatically after each visit.
